Notre histoire

Construit en 1964 par les comtes vénitiens Luigi et Nicolò Donà dalle Rose, l'Hôtel Sporting était à l'origine une maison d'hôtes de 10 chambres seulement, destinée à accueillir les architectes et les artistes qui ont contribué à la création du village de Porto Rotondo et de son célèbre port de plaisance. Avec plus de 50 ans d’histoire, l’Hôtel Sporting représente l’un des symboles du tourisme en Sardaigne et a contribué à en forger la renommée internationale.

Des personnalités et vedettes de la Jet Set internationale l'ont choisi pour sa sobriété, sa discrétion et sa confidentialité. Caractéristiques voulues sont voulues par ses fondateurs et défendues au cours de ses 50 ans d'histoire par le groupe Ciga Hotels puis par le Groupe Molinas qui l'a acquis, avec le port touristique, en 1997.

L'Hôtel Sporting a été rénové et agrandi dans le plein respect des lignes architecturales originales qui s'intègrent avec l'environnement, devenant un hôtel boutique de 54 chambres.

La situation unique de cet hôtel de luxe, son architecture chaleureuse et accueillante et ses services toujours orientés vers la plus grande satisfaction de ses hôtes en ont fait l'un des principaux centres d'attraction de la clientèle nationale et internationale la plus prestigieuse.

Aujourd'hui comme hier, nous voulons que nos hôtes trouvent cette hospitalité capable de transformer des vacances dans la mer de Sardaigne, même si ce n'est que pour un week-end, en un moment inoubliable.
